The illuminator should be no less than 10' from the water surface but you can put it as close as 5' if there is a barrier. Always consult your local building codes and installation guide. |

do I mount the lens assembly in a spa?

What
is the maximum allowed length of fiber optic cable in an installation?
|
|
The maximum length of cable is 200'. When calculating perimeter lighting the length is calculated from the light source (illuminator) to the pool, around the pool and back to the light source. |
